Returns Policy
To start a return, reach out to our customer support team to receive a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. Proof of purchase (invoice, receipt, or E-mail confirmation) may be requested by our customer support team. Petra currently allows returns and exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date or purchase date for in person sales.
Please note that the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product has a manufacturing defect. Please refer to Petra’s warranty policy below for manufacturing defects. Petra is not responsible for returns lost in transit or damaged. It is advised to use a shipping carrier that provides signature confirmation, insurance, and tracking information.
Please securely pack the return with original product packaging and tags. All returned items must be undamaged and in original sellable condition. Upon inspection at our facility, if merchandise is not in original condition with all accessories or is a counterfeit, a refund or exchange may not be processed and will be returned to the return address. Additional expedited shipping costs when ordering will not be refunded.
The refund processing time varies depending on the method of payment. Payment processing companies or your bank may take up to 5 additional days for the refund to be completed.


Warranty Policy
Petra stands behind everything we sell. Every Mikro™ line product has a complementary one-year limited warranty (365 days) starting from the date of purchase. Additional warranty duration could be made during order confirmation or by contacting our customer support team.
Product warranty does not cover wear and tear, nor damage from failing to follow the product instructions. Limited Mikro™ Warranty covers defect in materials or workmanship. Petra’s products are built to sustain high stresses, however if it breaks during the warranty period, the warranty includes the repair of the Mikro™ product. If our servicing team deems repair is not possible, Petra may offer to replace the product with a complementary replacement.

If you believe a product has a defect that makes it unsafe, please immediately report it to the customer service team.
